Facility Information

Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event for processing. 
As a cornerstone of the community, the School District of Greenfield welcomes and encourages the use of its facilities during non-school hours. Effective utilization of its buildings as a community resource is cost effective and of great benefit to Greenfield residents, businesses and organizations.

The School District of Greenfield Business Office schedules all community use of its facilities in cooperation with building leaders. We welcome and encourage the use of our facilities in partnership with the members of our community.

Facilities Request:

Register to become a REQUESTER.  After following the link, click the Become a Requester button.

Fill in all the blanks marked with an asterisk. (NOTE: Enter the ORGANIZATION's name in the 'client' field (e.g., Brownie Troop 105). Do not enter your own name in the client field. For help, click the tutorial video link in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Click on the 'Submit Registration Form' button when finished. The appropriate Greenfield School District rSchool designee will review your application and approve OR deny it. Things all requestors need to submit prior to approval:

• Certificate of Insurance
• Facility Usage Agreement

Once you receive an approval, you can begin making requests.
