On Saturday, December 13, the Varsity Dance Team traveled to Watertown to compete in the 25th Annual Watertown Spirit Invite. This highly competitive event hosted more than 50 high school dance teams from across Wisconsin.

With recent choreography changes, the team delivered a fierce hip hop performance to "Hot in Here." Competing in Division 2 Hip Hop, the routine placed 9th overall with a score of 281.2. Judges praised the performance, noting its "unique entrance" and that they "appreciated the style change in choreography."

The Pom routine started off strong, earning praise from judges for a "gorgeous opening pirouette" performed by Tatum Phelps, Layla Sommers, and Julia Kruschke. Dancing to "Magic" in Division 3 Pom, the team placed 8th with an impressive score of 299.4.
