Ice Force 5, Marquette 2 — December 12
The Ice Force opened the weekend by taking down perennial power Marquette 5–2. The scoring came early and often, highlighted by:

Ice Force 4, Sun Prairie 3 — December 13
The very next night, Ice Force delivered again—this time in a 4–3 battle with Sun Prairie. The team jumped out to a 4–0 lead behind goals from Dewane, Kunz, and a pair from Ben Brown, before locking down defensively late.
Venne stood tall once again with 21 saves, while the Ice Force controlled play with 34 shots on net—out shooting Sun Prairie in all three periods.
