Greenfield had a very competitive meet on Saturday hosting a triangular meet against Oak Creek and Waukesha North. The local favorites finished 2nd on Saturday with a point total of 364. Waukesha North won the event with 427. Head coach Dale Schrank was very pleased with his teams’ performance.
Miler and LePine finished with first place efforts, winning both the 100 yard freestyle and 100 yard breaststroke respectively. On Saturday, the “swimmers of the meet” were Samantha Christian and Anya Richardson. Both recorded lifetime best times in both of their individual events.
The next action for the Greenfield/Pius squad will be on Wednesday, October 14 at New Berlin West. Competition starts at 5:00 p.m.
