The Hustlin' Hawks boys basketball team delivered one of their most impressive performances of the season on Thursday night, going toe-to-toe with undefeated Milwaukee Lutheran in a fast-paced, high-scoring matchup that came down to the final possession. Despite a tremendous effort, Greenfield fell just short, 88–87, as the Red Knights improved to 6-0 on the season.

Greenfield's offense was firing on all cylinders, with multiple players stepping up and showcasing confidence and composure in big moments. Senior guard Azon Juarez-Quinn put on a scoring clinic, pouring in 35 points and attacking the rim relentlessly while also knocking down free throws under pressure.

Junior standout Jaylyn Rogers added 24 points, showing his ability to score from all three levels and creating matchup problems throughout the game. Fellow junior Luke O'Brien chipped in 22 points, giving the Hawks another dynamic scoring option and helping keep the pressure on Milwaukee Lutheran's defense.

Additional scoring contributions came from Braedan Vanderboom and Jalenn Chester, each adding 3 points, rounding out Greenfield's total offensive effort.

While the Hawks ultimately came up just one point short, the game showcased the team's resiliency, depth, and ability to compete with top-tier programs. The nearly-packed gym was electric from start to finish, and the crowd witnessed a battle that highlighted Greenfield's growth and potential going forward.
