The Greenfield / Greendale / Wisconsin Lutheran Boys Swim co-op delivered a strong, well-rounded performance on Wednesday, January 7, earning a varsity victory over Augustine Prep with a combined team score of 87–74. The win highlighted the depth, versatility, and growing confidence of the co-op as the season continues.

Greenfield-Pius swimmers claimed several individual event wins, led by Gabe Hernandez, who dominated the backstroke with a first-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke, and Ben Hernandez, who swept the butterfly and the 200-yard individual medley. Ethan Anderson added a key victory in the 500-yard freestyle, while Ben West and Oscar Mendieta contributed valuable points across sprint and individual medley events.
Relays proved to be a major strength for the co-op. The varsity 200-yard freestyle relay team finished first, followed by another relay win in the 400-yard freestyle relay, showcasing strong teamwork and race strategy. Multiple swimmers also earned podium finishes throughout the meet, helping secure the overall team win.
With athletes from Greenfield High School, Greendale High School, and Wisconsin Lutheran High School contributing across events, the co-op continues to show the benefits of its collaborative program.
