The Greenfield Hawks softball team put together a strong all-around day on Tuesday, sweeping Milwaukee Reagan in a doubleheader with 9-4 and 6-4 victories behind timely hitting, aggressive baserunning, and solid work in the circle.

In game one, the Hawks broke things open with four runs in the third inning and added four more in the fifth to secure the win.

Calla Gbur powered the offense with a home run and two RBIs, while Ava Jackson turned in a huge performance with two hits, two runs scored, and a triple. Jamie Murray added two hits, and both Cali Rodriguez and Sophia Rodriguez drove in runs as Greenfield's lineup produced from top to bottom.

Greenfield stayed aggressive on the bases as Erin Brielmaier stole two bases, with Jackson and Naomi Kleszczynski also adding steals to keep pressure on Reagan's defense.

Brielmaier also picked up the win in the circle, throwing all five innings while striking out three and battling through tough moments to help preserve the victory.

Game two featured another comeback effort from the Hawks, who erased an early deficit with a huge five-run fourth inning to complete the sweep.

Gbur continued her big day at the plate, driving in three runs and blasting a triple, while Murray came through with a two-RBI double in a clutch spot. Brielmaier stayed hot offensively with two hits and an RBI, while Rodriguez scored twice to spark the Hawks attack.

Kleszczynski earned the win in the circle in game two, going all five innings and allowing just one earned run while striking out two in a strong performance.

Across the doubleheader, Greenfield got standout efforts from Calla Gbur, Cali Rodriguez, Erin Brielmaier, Naomi Kleszczynski, and Ava Jackson as the Hawks used depth, timely hitting, and strong pitching to earn a pair of impressive wins over Reagan.
